NC Annual Report Requirements
The NC annual report is released yearly by the Department of Revenue. It provides state tax and spending information. LLCs file annual reports updating company information with the NC Secretary of State. All NC entities must file yearly. The filing fee is $200. Include your business’s address and your officers’, directors’ and agent’s names in the report. File online on the website. LLC reports are due April 15, except the first year. If not filed timely, LLCs get a Notice. Then they have 60 days to file. In North Carolina, entities have different report due dates but must file yearly.
New System for Unemployment Taxes
A new system called "NCSUITS" will start for unemployment taxes in 2023.
Illinois Report Process
To get an Illinois report, contact the Secretary of State. Request it online or by mail. Even without a reminder, you must file your NC Annual Report by April 15 each year.
