Certification and Licensing in Utah
- To get certified in Utah, complete health and safety training, CPR and first-aid training, and bloodborne pathogens training.
- It takes anywhere from 6 months to several years to become a piercer. The longest part is the 1500-hour apprenticeship.
- Complete a 20-hour pre-licensure program, pass exams, register your business, get insurance and a bond.
- Paramedic schools offer EMT training in Utah at Dixie State College, Utah Valley University, and Weber State University.
- The document to be notarized needs as many copies as needed, plus two extra copies for the notary.
