A Certificate of Status confirms an entity is authorized to do business in a state. It is also known as a Certificate of Existence or Certificate of Good Standing.
Maryland Certificate Process
- Turnaround for a Maryland Certificate is one business day if ordered before 2pm EST.

Certificate of Service Requirement
- In electronically filed cases, attorneys must electronically file a Certificate of Service with the Clerk’s Office.
