Updating PHP Version in WordPress
- Log in to your hosting account and navigate to cPanel.
- Go to the Software section and click on Select PHP Version.
- Select the PHP version from the drop-down list.
- Click Set as current to update the PHP version.
- On the Dashboard, click Tools, then Site Health to check the updated PHP settings.
- Check if current themes or plugins are compatible with the new PHP version.
- Contact your hosting company if you cannot find the option for updating PHP version on your cPanel.
