Yes, an INFJ can be an accountant. Anyone may learn the abilities necessary to become an accountant given enough time, education, and training. It depends on the individual whether they, as INFJs, will find jobs as accountants to be fulfilling and joyful or not.

I’m an accountant and an INFJ. Overall it has been a good career for me. I don’t want accounting to be my forever job, but I am happy with it as a right now job. Accounting offers a lot of options, and I would recommend it.
My plan is to get a 5-year undergraduate degree in accounting and eventually get a CPA degree to work as an environmental accountant.
