Texas Alcohol Laws

Virginia Alcohol Laws
In Virginia, on-premise locations are allowed to sell alcohol between the hours of 6 a.m. and 2 a.m. Monday through Sunday. Restaurants and clubs that sell both food and drinks are permitted to sell alcohol from 6 a.m. to midnight.
Anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited from purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcohol in Virginia.
The alcohol license is issued by the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and allows the purchase of beer in convenience stores, grocery stores, drug stores, general merchandise stores, and gas stations.
Currently, there are nine remaining dry counties in Virginia that do not allow alcohol sales: Bland, Buchanan, Charlotte, Craig, Grayson, Highland, Lee, Patrick and Russell.
Virginia’s new laws allow alcohol and beer delivery from restaurants and breweries on weekdays. However, beer sales at convenience stores are required to end by midnight due to state regulations.
