Is it safe to scuba dive every day?
You can scuba dive every day, as long as you remain within the dive table safety limits or use a dive computer. You have to monitor all your prior dives depth and bottom time, but 18-24 hours is plenty of time to recover between dives. You can even make several dives per day.
How frequently can I dive?
How many dives you can do in a day depends on the duration and depth of each of your dives. For novice divers, the general limit is said to be around 4-5 dives per day. Having said that, it is essential to note that doing 6 dives per day is tough, even for an expert diver. To ensure safety, you must keep track of your dives using a computer or dive tables. This will help you narrow down the number of dives that you will be able to undertake safely, along with the length of each dive.
Dive Trips Information
- We have 3 daily dive trips that are each 2 tank, 2 location/site trips lasting about 3-3 1/2 hours each.
- On each trip we spend about an hour at each of the two locations, with the exception being night dives which are always 1 location, and full boat charters which can run up to 3 locations in the allotted time.
