Usage Guidelines
- For best results, use ItWorks Defining Gel twice a day in between your wraps.
- You can use a whole wrap or cut one in half for each limb you choose to wrap.
- Drink one water bottle while wrapping. Then drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily for 3 days. This helps results.
- Use wraps once or twice a week regularly during weight loss to tighten skin.
Expected Results
