Starbucks Dress Code
- Starbucks employees can wear dark or black jeans, along with black, navy, grey, or brown pants.
- Footwear must be closed-toe and low-heeled or flat, in black or brown colors.
Tattoos, Piercings, and Hair Color
- Employees are allowed one facial piercing no larger than a dime, including septum piercings and nose rings.
- Temporary hair dye, hair glitter, and hair chalks are not permitted.
Training and Breaks
- Training process is paid like a regular work shift with regular pay rate for all training hours.
- Breaks at Starbucks are 10 minutes long, and lunch breaks are 30 minutes.
Expressing Individual Style
- Starbucks dress code allows expression but excludes very casual clothing.
- Acceptable colors for clothes are brown, navy, khaki, and grey.
Miscellaneous
- No overalls are allowed in the dress code.
- Hair must be kept pulled back in a ponytail or over the shoulders.
- Hats are permitted if they have no non-Starbucks logos.
