Furthermore, you can enroll in a Specialist Applied Skills Programme (SAP), an 18-month long training program designed for new entrants in the carpentry field to enhance your skills and widen your expertise. With these qualifications, you can establish yourself as a competent carpenter.
The path to becoming a carpenter is diverse. Nearly 50,000 carpentry jobs will be added to the industry within 2018 and 2028.
