NC Annual Report Information
- The NC annual report provides state tax and spending details. It is published every year by the Department of Revenue. File your NC Annual Report by April 15 annually, even without a reminder.
- LLCs submit yearly reports to the NC Secretary of State updating business data. All NC firms must document annual updates. The 2023 fee is $200.
- Include names and addresses for your officers, directors and agent in the report. File online on the Secretary of State’s site. First year LLC reports have different due dates but must file every year. A system called "NCSUITS" will start for unemployment taxes in 2023.
- If not submitted on time, Notice of Grounds is sent giving 60 days to file. Entities have varying report deadlines but must submit every year.
