- Indoor climbing
- Bouldering

Based on risk indoor and bouldering are level 2, outdoor under 19,685 feet is level 3. Special exclusions apply.
World Nomads is recommended by travel companies and writers, and more affordable than others. It covers over 150 sports, provides travel safety tips and alerts, and handles issues like medical bills, canceled trips, and lost baggage.
World Nomads has Standard and Explorer policies. The Explorer policy has higher payout amounts but covers the same things as the Standard policy. Both plans cover over 150 activities.
Additionally, both Standard and Explorer plans offer emergency medical, trip cancellation, delay, interruption, baggage, and accidental death coverage.
Pay attention to exclusions on adventure holidays. Insurers have altitude limits and may not cover specialist gear or certain treks.
World Nomads offers two plans, both with different benefits, limits, and sub-limits for coverage. It’s important to read reviews and consider your needs to determine which policy is right for you. Unlike some providers, World Nomads does not offer an annual plan option, which could be a downside for frequent travelers.
Both the Standard and Explorer plans include the following coverage:
- Overseas medical for accidents and illnesses
- Medical evacuation or repatriation if necessary
Lastly, World Nomad provides comprehensive medical coverage, which is vital when traveling to destinations where healthcare might be expensive or limited. It also offers trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
