How to Obtain Good Standing Certificate from Kerala Nursing Council

  • Send request letter to Registrar, Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. Include name, address, phone number, email ID. Address letter to foreign nursing council. Enclose DD of Rs. 2000 in favor of Registrar, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Attach copies of certificates: registration certificate, course completion certificate, degree certificate, mark sheets and experience letter.

Required Documents for Good Standing Certificate Application

  • Copy of KNC registration and S.S.L.C as age proof.
  • Requisition letter addressing The Registrar – KNC.
  • DD of Rs. 2000/- from SBT drawn in favour of, Registrar, Kerala nurses and Midwives council, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
  • Note your email ID to receive certificate by mail.

Good Standing Certificate Processing Time

  • Good Standing Certificate will be issued within 45 days from receipt of application. Only Indian Nationals eligible for grant of Good Standing Certificate.
