To add a business to your LLC, first create a user account. Log in and select the "Business Amendment" tab. Type your LLC’s name in the search box, choose it from the results, and click "Proceed". Submit your amendment and pay a $20 fee.
To add a member to an existing LLC in Georgia, consult a lawyer. Adding members changes IRS classification.
