Change of Address Instructions
Go to the PA Personal Income Tax e-Services web page. Select “Name and Address Change”. Login or register an account. Select “Change Taxpayer Information”. Make the address changes.
In addition, inform relevant Pennsylvania agencies of your new address. Visit agency websites to find address change forms or portals. Notify the IRS by downloading Form 8822-B. Complete and submit the form.

As LLC owner, report profits/losses on Schedule C with your 1040 tax return. For tax help, call the PA Department of Revenue:

To change your address on a non-commercial PA driver’s license or photo ID, go online. To update by mail, send a completed MV-36 Address Change Form to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Expect your updated license in 10 days.
You cannot update tax information by phone. To amend returns, file corrected forms. Visit or call the DC Office of Tax and Revenue for personal help.
Minnesota Department of Revenue Notification
Notify the Minnesota Department of Revenue of address changes after filing returns:
- Call 651-296-3781 or 800-652-9094
- Email [email protected] with your full name, last four Social Security digits, and birthdate.
Miscellaneous Instructions
In order to file a Change of Registered Office online, you must have a Keystone Login.
A notary public must notify the Department within 30 days of any change in the information on file with the Department, including the notary public’s office address or home address.
Mail in the tax forms with any supporting documents by the deadline to this address: PA Department of Revenue, Payment Enclosed,1 Revenue Place, Harrisburg, PA 17129-0001.
All corporations and limited liability companies doing business in Pennsylvania are required to pay capital stock/foreign franchise tax.
