Changing Your LLC Address with the Arizona Corporation Commission
To change the address of your LLC with the ACC, complete the Arizona Corporation Commission’s Statement of Change of Known Place of Business Address or Statutory Agent form (available here). File the LLC Statement of Change form if it is a limited liability corporation (LLC). Finally, click the link that says To Make a Correction. You must prepare and submit your own Restated Articles along with the Certificate. The Arizona Corporation Commission does not have a form for Restated Articles of Incorporation.
