DCRA Split and Chairman Mendelson Statement
In October 2022, DCRA split into Department of Buildings (DOB) and Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP) to streamline services for residents and businesses, as suggested by Chairman Mendelson for better service delivery.
