For Title 7 entities, renewal date coincides with Annual List of Officers due date. For sole proprietors and partnerships (NT7), renew before license expiration date. NT7 exemptions must renew annually.
Late Filing Penalties
Is there a penalty for late filing? A $100 penalty fee applies in addition to the annual fee.
