How Do You Make a Pair of Glasses Out of Wire?

You will need:

Cut 18 inches of 18 gauge florist stem wire.
Use round objects like thread spools or small jars to bend the wire into a circle.
Connect the ends with more wire and glue. Glue the frame to a clear plastic sheet.
Cut off any excess plastic when the glue dries.
Gently push the back wire slightly through to the front if there’s a gap between the wires.
Wrap yarn or string around the frames for decoration.
Add lenses cut from clear plastic if desired.

Hold the lenses firmly but gently to avoid damage when popping them out from glasses.
