All Wyoming LLCs and corporations must file an annual report. Fees are based on assets in the state.
Filing Fees and Processes
- Most companies pay the $50 minimum fee because they do not exceed $250,000 in Wyoming assets.
- The cost to renew a Wyoming LLC is $100.
- Wyoming charges LLCs a $60 annual fee.
- The annual report fee is $60 or two-tenths of one million on the dollar ($.0002) of Wyoming assets, whichever is greater. Non-profits pay $50.
- E-filing has a $2 to $8.95 convenience fee based on assets.
Reporting Details and Deadlines
- Wyoming requires LLCs to file an annual report on the first day of their formation month.
- Reports over $500, meaning the LLC has $2,500,000 or more in Wyoming assets, cannot be filed online and must be mailed. Online reports are processed immediately while mailed reports take 3-5 days.
- If your registered agent’s information changed, file a Change of Agent form separately.
- You can file up to one year early.
