Biennial Report Requirements
Indiana requires LLCs to file a biennial report, also known as a business entity report, with the Indiana Secretary of State. Due every other year by the end of the month in which the LLC was formed. If you don’t file your Indiana Business Entity Report within 60 days after your due date, your business may be administratively dissolved or revoked. Indiana doesn’t charge late fees.
