What is a talent and example?
A talent is the natural ability a person has to perform a task, like singing, drawing, playing piano. Talents allow excellence in fields like sports, arts, leadership. Although talents are innate, developing them requires effort and practice.
To identify your talents:

-
Seek others’ feedback about your strengths.
-
List talents to understand yourself and potential jobs, like:
-
Artistic – acting, comedy
-
Interpersonal – public speaking, teaching
-
Cognitive – decision making, problem solving
-

Talent differs from skill
Talent emerges naturally while skills are learned. Still, untalented people can achieve excellence through dedication.
