Open gym gives members the opportunity to work on skills without the structure of a coached session and to try techniques practiced during the week. This flexibility is ideal for complementing regular classes and making up missed workouts. However, it’s recommended that new members attend at least 10 classes before utilizing open gym to become comfortable with the exercises and environment.
