Biennial Report Filing Process
To file your biennial report, complete the Biennial Report Form (BRA-25) or submit report filing at CorpOnline. The filing fee for For-Profit entities is $300.00 and $80.00 for Non-Profit entities.
In DC, LLCs file a report every 2 years with Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA). This report is the DC LLC Biennial Report. To keep entity in good standing, file report by April 1st first year and every two years after.
DC Biennial Report Requirements
DC Biennial Report is required by District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR). The report includes revenue, expenditures, economic analysis.
Nonprofits file Biennial Report, Form BRA-25 with DCRA to avoid $50 late fee.
