According to James’ personal chef, Glenn Lyman, the player’s favorite meal to eat before a game is chicken and shrimp pasta. Lyman also said James “doesn’t eat a lot of red meat or pork.” James enjoys Red Vines candy during a game. He eats cereals like Fruity Pebbles, Frosted Flakes, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and honey-oat granola for breakfast. Chicken is one of his favorite foods.

The Lakers forward is reportedly putting his money on the new livestreaming culinary platform Kittch, “a place for foodies to interact and learn from some of the most famous chefs in the world,” reports Page Six. Brian Bedol, co-founder, describes Kittch as the Twitch-TikTok-Zoom of culinary.
In his 15th season, at 33 years old, LeBron James played all 82 games for the first time in his career and then went through a 22-game playoff haul. James is said to spend seven figures a year — with one report saying $1.5 million — to take care of his body, including unconventional recovery therapies like cryotherapy.
James has his own chef and tries to avoid red meats and sugar. He has his own group of personal chefs who cook the food the way he likes it and the way it does not affect his body negatively. James is known to follow the lowest-possible carb diet, cutting out sugar, carbs, or dairy. However, he does have cheat days.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, Blaze Pizza has more than 340 restaurants across 41 states and six countries. The chain gained national attention in 2012 when NBA superstar Lebron James invested $1 million in the company, which grew to a $35 million investment. Now with 19 franchise locations, he’s considered a part owner, endorser, and investor. By 2020, the company had grown, bringing LeBron’s equity stake to over $35 million.
